This is how I solve problems π€ͺ
I am Aakarshan.
I love bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions
About Me
Hey, I'm Aakarshan β a storyteller and tech tinkerer. Over the past 7 years, I've created content that clicks at brands like Kuku FM, Mirchi, and NDTV β from punchy promos to full-blown campaigns. Along the way, I picked up solid coding skills (HTML, CSS, JS, Docker) and built some cool stuff. With an OG love for marketing, sales, helping people β and now, code β I'm bringing it all into customer success: solving problems and supporting users. I'm especially excited about the Shopify ecosystem β the tools, the merchants, the energy. Wow. Outside of work, I like exploring products, learning how they work, studying their marketing, and helping my network use them. Or you'll find me throwing kicks in the dojo when I'm not doing that. Martial arts and workouts are my way to unplug β they keep me sharp, focused, and ready to spar with any challenge (or just a punching bag).
